Die Aufhängund sieht wirklich schön und dekorativ aus. Die Montage war relativ einfach, man muss gut darauf achten, dass gerade gebohrt wird. Ich fande es einfacher zu montieren, wenn das Holzteil nicht als ganzes hineingedreht werden müsste, sondern es irgenwie am anderen Teil eingehakt werden könnte. Ging aber dennoch gut und sieht top aus. Wir haben einem Fahrrad mit sentimemtalem Wert so einen würdigen Platz verschafft.
Das kann gut sein, dass ich der unfähige bin, das muss ich schon am Anfang feststellen.
ABER ich könnte es leider nicht hinkriegen die Sticks komplett waagerecht an die Wand schrauben. Ich habe es versucht eine größere Loch zu schrauben, den Loch klein zu halten, aber egal was ich gemacht habe, die Sticks einzuschrauben könnte ich kaum, die Dübel wirkten eher zu klein, und am Ende stehen die Sticks so bissl schief. Tiefer einschrauben kann das kein Mensch, habe bis dem Punkt auch so gekommen, dass ich 100% meiner Kraft benutzen müsste und ich bin auch nicht so schwach. So bin ich auch nicht sooo sicher, dass die Sticks wirklich halten, obwohl die bis auf so 1-2mm Abstand eingeschraubt sind.
Aso ja. Kann sein, dass ich der Unfähige bin, habe alles anhand die Anleitung gemacht, auch online Video angeschaut, aber es hat nicht wirklich geklappt.
Die Fahrräder sind seit eine Woche da, die Hängen stabil, also letztendlich sollte das so klappen (toitoitoi), bin aber nicht super beruhigt so, dass die Sticks so 2-3Grad geneigt sind.

Die Halterung von PARAX für mein Fahrrad hält super an der Wand!Die Schrauben und die Dübel machen einen sehr stabilen Eindruck, daher denke ich wird auch mein Rad mit ca. 18 kg dauerhaft gut getragen werden. Die Qualität des ganzen Wandhalters ist spitze und sieht dabei auch noch super aus!Klare Empfehlung.

Which bikes are the TWIN STICKS suitable for?
The two sticks are mounted individually. This lets you adapt their positions to the geometry of your bike. The TWIN STICKS are therefore also suitable for frame shapes other than the classic diamond frame, as long as two suitable support points are available.
What matters is that your bike rests securely and balanced on both sticks. It may weigh no more than 20 kg; the maximum handlebar width is 58 cm.
Check the support positions and the distance from the wall before drilling. If you are unsure, send us a photo of your bike at support@parax.de.
How do I determine the positions of the two sticks?
Choose two suitable support points on your frame. The spacing and mounting height of the sticks depend on these points and the desired orientation of your bike.
The sticks do not necessarily have to be mounted at the same height. What matters is that both carry the frame securely and the bike rests stably.
Check the planned position with your bike before mounting and follow the mounting instructions. Also make sure there is enough space for the handlebar, pedals and other add-on parts.
Is there a maximum top tube width or diameter?
There is no fixed top tube diameter limit as with a mount with a limited support cutout.
Nevertheless, the frame shape must allow a secure rest on both sticks. Very unusual frame shapes or awkwardly placed cables can limit the choice of support points.
Are the TWIN STICKS suitable for carbon frames?
Yes, carbon frames are generally suitable. The frame protector made from bike inner tubes protects the contact surfaces.
Make sure the frame rests securely on both sticks and that no cables or protruding parts get pinched. For carbon bikes too, the limits of 20 kg bike weight and 58 cm handlebar width apply.
How much weight do the TWIN STICKS hold?
The maximum load is 20 kg for the pair, not for each stick individually. Both sticks must together form a secure rest for your bike.
The wall and the anchor must be suitable for this load. The load capacity of the mount does not replace checking the fastening.
Will my 58 cm wide handlebar still fit?
The TWIN STICKS are designed for handlebars up to a maximum outer width of 58 cm. Measure at the widest point; on flared road bike handlebars, this may be at the drops.
Also take into account add-on parts that need more distance from the wall. Since only one stick length is offered, the wall distance cannot be increased by choosing a longer version.
Can I mount the TWIN STICKS on a plasterboard wall?
You can only mount the sticks on your plasterboard wall if you screw both sticks directly into the battens underneath.
If you are specifically looking for a mount for plasterboard, the U-RACK is the better choice within our range: its design creates a lower pull-out load on the anchors.
Does the maximum load of 20 kg refer to one or both sticks?
The maximum load always applies to the entire rack. As long as your bike weighs less than 20 kg, the TWIN STICKS are perfectly suitable.
Are the TWIN STICKS suitable for square top tubes as well?
Yes, they are. Even square top tubes find a secure place on the TWIN STICKS.
